I started this site to give people a place to find my writing in college, and it had grown and morphed many times in the years since I graduated. What you see now in 2026 is a very different site than what originated in my dorm room, and I am more dedicated to updating the whole site now.

My writing is still a big part of my life. I would like to publish a full novel someday, and and I am working actively towards that goal. I also draw, as can be seen under Botanical Illustration, and I am a sewist. I have been sewing since I was 10, and it remains a core part of my life and influences. I hope to eventually ramp up my social media presence surrounding these three hobbies, but I am also quite wary of the predatory nature of most social medias.

A word on AI: I am a full fledged anti-AI believer. If AI has one hater, it’s me. If AI has no haters, I am dead. Nothing I create, in any small part, will ever be touched by AI. If my art is used to train an AI, it was without my knowledge and consent. If you put my writing through AI, I will be taking any and all legal actions I can against you. AI is not art, and I will not concede any ground on this hill.
